If you are not happy with your report for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to explain why. We refund 100% of what you paid.
How to request
Reply to the email your report was delivered from, or contact the support address on your Paddle receipt. Include the email address used at purchase so we can locate your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion. Reach out anyway if something went wrong and we will make it right.
