1. Who we are
HueChart is an AI-assisted seasonal color analysis tool operated by an individual sole proprietor, Aleksandr Borodin, trading as HueChart, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at devmobileuae@gmail.com. By using HueChart you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
You upload three photos and receive a color season classification with a palette, makeup and outfit suggestions, plus a downloadable report.
3. Entertainment and style guidance only
HueChart is provided for entertainment and personal style guidance purposes only. It is not professional, medical, dermatological, psychological or financial advice and must not be relied upon as such. Color analysis is inherently subjective; results are an informed, automated suggestion, not a definitive or guaranteed outcome, and may differ from an in-person consultation.
4. Eligibility and your photos
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be the person shown in the photos, or have that person's explicit permission to upload and analyze their image. Do not upload photos of minors or of anyone without their consent. You confirm this, and consent to AI processing and deletion within 24 hours, via the consent box on the upload screen; we record when you give it. You grant us a limited licence to process the photos solely to generate your report, after which they are deleted automatically as soon as the analysis completes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment and delivery
The full report is a one-time digital purchase of $14.99 (USD), tied to the account you sign in with. Payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and reseller, who is the seller of record and handles billing and applicable taxes; the Paddle buyer terms also apply to your transaction. Your report is delivered online and by email shortly after payment is confirmed.
6. Refunds and your statutory rights
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund — see our Refund Policy. This is a voluntary policy that is more generous than, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (for example, the 14-day right in the EU/UK), the report is delivered immediately at your request: by purchasing you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose that withdrawal right once delivery has begun. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived by law.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, anyone else's image without their consent, or content that infringes others' rights; and do not misuse, copy or resell the service or attempt to disrupt it.
8. Intellectual property
Your generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The HueChart name, design and software remain ours. The Sci\ART 12-season framework is a third-party methodology referenced for description only; we claim no rights in it and are not affiliated with or endorsed by its authors.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HueChart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. None of this limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply to you. Please contact us first at devmobileuae@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally before any formal proceedings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
